Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Bright Technology, we are committed to providing high-quality training and certification programs. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains your rights and responsibilities regarding enrollment, cancellations, withdrawals, and refunds. By enrolling in our programs, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Right to Cancel (3-Business-Day Rule)

Students have the right to cancel their enrollment agreement within three (3) business days of signing or submitting payment.

  • Cancellation within this period qualifies for a 100% refund of all tuition and fees paid, including any application or registration fees.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to:  [admin@brighttechnologytraining.com]

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after approval.

If a student withdraws after the initial three (3) business days:

  • If less than 50% of the total instructional time has been completed, the student will receive a pro-rated refund based on the unused portion of the program.
  • If 50% or more of the instructional time has been completed, no refund will be issued.

Refund calculations are based on total program tuition, excluding non-refundable fees.

Once a student has completed more than 50% of the program, tuition is considered earned, and no refunds will be granted.

In cases of serious illness, accident, documented medical emergency, or death of an immediate family member:

  • If withdrawal occurs within one (1) week of program start, a full tuition refund may be granted upon documentation.
  • If withdrawal occurs after one week but before the 50% completion mark, a pro-rated refund may be granted.
  • No refunds are available once the program midpoint has passed.

All documentation must be submitted within 10 business days of withdrawal.

Students may request to reschedule or postpone their course:

  • Requests must be submitted at least 5 business days before the scheduled start date.
  • One (1) complimentary reschedule may be granted.
  • Additional rescheduling may incur administrative fees.

Rescheduling is subject to seat availability.

The following may be non-refundable:

  • Application fees
  • Administrative fees
  • Digital course materials once accessed or downloaded
  • Certification exam vouchers once issued
  • Third-party licensing or examination fees

For online or self-paced programs:

  • Access to course materials constitutes program start.
  • Once login credentials have been issued and materials accessed, refunds may be limited or unavailable.

Approved refunds will be issued:

  • To the original payment method
  • Within 7–14 business days
  • Minus any applicable non-refundable fees

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

All cancellation or withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to:

📧 Email: [admin@brighttechnologytraining.com]
📍 Address: [3985 Steve Reynolds Blvd Phase 11 Building Q, Norcross GA 30093]

The effective date of withdrawal is the date written notice is received.

This policy is intended to comply with applicable U.S. federal and state regulations governing vocational, training, and certification programs. If state law requires a more favorable refund policy, state law will apply.
