Cancellation & Refund

  1. An applicant requesting a cancellation within three (3) business days after signing the enrollment agreement will be entitled to a full refund of all tuition and the admissions application fee.
  2. A student will be given a refunds based on the amount of class attended up to 50% of the instructional time.
  3. A student completing more than fifty (50) percent of instructional time is not entitled to a refund.
  4. If the decision to withdraw from classes is due to circumstances beyond the student’s control (such as ill-health, accident, death or other related circumstances), 100% tuition fee shall be refunded if the event occurs within one (1) weeks of the start of the program, if verifiable documentation of the mitigating circumstance is provided. In these circumstances, a pro-rated amount will be refunded if the withdrawal occurs more than one (1) weeks after the start of the program. No refund is allowed after the start of the second half of the course, regardless of the circumstances.
  5. If the decision to withdraw from classes is due to circumstances beyond the student’s control (such as ill-health, accident, death or other related circumstances) after student have passed the half-way point of the program with verifiable documentation , students will be allow to re-enroll in a later class once their emergency has ended without refund.

Course Postpone

If you need to postpone your course, you need to make a request 5 working days before the course starting date and it does not cost for you.

You are not able to make a request for course postpone less than 5 working days before the course starting date.
